EVENT COORDINATOR (FULL TIME/REMOTE)

Prader‐Willi Syndrome Association | USA, a nationwide nonprofit, empowers the PWS community through shared experiences, research, education, advocacy, and support. We are seeking a full-time Events Coordinator who will oversee all aspects of PWSA | USA’s event activities, including our biennial convention, and other events held throughout the year.

This is a 40-hour-per-week full-time, salaried position. As our office is 100% virtual, the job can be performed remotely.

The Event Coordinator will handle project management of all PWSA | USA conventions and event details. They will serve as the lead for on-site or online coordination and management of events. The Web/Graphic Designer will also assist in developing digital and print presentation and promotional materials. 

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience as an event coordinator and strong project management skills.

WEB/GRAPHIC DESIGNER (FULL TIME/REMOTE)

Prader‐Willi Syndrome Association | USA, a nationwide nonprofit, empowers the PWS community through shared experiences, research, education, advocacy, and support. We are seeking a full-time Web/Graphic Designer who will be responsible for managing PWSA | USA's website and fulfilling all graphic design requests.

This is a 40-hour-per-week full-time, salaried position. As our office is 100% virtual, the job can be performed remotely.

The Web/Graphic Designer will design and improve digital and physical assets for PWSA | USA including website, fundraising content, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, reports, covers, layouts, landing pages, logos, and social media. The Web/Graphic Designer is responsible for the layout, usability, and visual appearance of PWSA | USA’s website to increase and ensure user engagement and satisfaction. The Web/Graphic Designer will create visual text and imagery concepts to communicate ideas that inspire and inform users.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience in website management, preferably with WordPress, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
