Strategic Plan Purpose

PWSA (USA) has grown dramatically in size, program scope and resources over the last 30 years and the rate of growth is accelerating.

As we grow, the organization needs to increase our capability to manage in an organized and professional manner to fulfill our mission and this requires careful prioritizing and planning in all aspects of our activities.

This strategic plan will provide the organization with a tool to assess the internal and external environment and plan in a professional fashion to serve our members into the future.
