The Strategic Plan is Divided into 7 Key Focus Areas

Within each Focus Area Guiding Principles Have Been Developed to Determine and Organize Our Activities

Activities are then Prioritized into:

Tier 1 Activities necessary to be a competent, top flight, non-profit serving our constituents
Tier 2 Activities that are highly desirable priorities that will be undertaken if the resources are available
Tier 3 Activities that will be undertaken if the resources are available
