GUIDING PRINCIPLES.

PWSA envisions a USA and a world in which each of the following is true:

PWSA’s essential functions are staffed by professionals with the appropriate skill sets to meet its mission, plan and goals

Staffing is maintained at a level that is appropriate to the size and character of the work flow.

When an imbalance occurs, the imbalance is corrected by adjusting the size and/or skill set of the staff and/or adjusting the work flow (which may entail modification of the extent to which the organization is able to carry out its mission at any given time).
