PWSA envisions a USA and a world in which each of the following is true:

All persons with PWS have access to each of the following at appropriate periods of their lives:

• affordable and readily available diagnostic testing;
• appropriate early intervention services and therapies;
• appropriate education and support services;
• appropriate federal financial support systems;
• specialized homes with well trained and supportive staff;
• the opportunity for productive and personally satisfying employment and vocational training in an environment that can support PWS related needs;
• psychological support and appropriate crisis care facilities.
