If you’re ready to get started with your On The Move℠ event, please begin by completing the Event Agreement Form and returning it to PWSA (USA). Remember to include your completed Event Insurance Form and Event Budget Worksheet, too. When your event is approved, you will receive information on how to access the rest of the Resources for Planners.
