• Then, MedicAlert® calls the member's emergency contacts, so members don't have to be alone in crisis situations.

Live Response: Access to the MedicAlert® 24-hour Emergency Response Center. MedicAlert relays key medical facts to emergency responders, so that the member receives faster and safer treatment.

Secure Storage, Instant Access: Set-up, review and maintenance of Member's personalized, electronic emergency medical file, which may be securely accessed and updated online, or by phone, at any time.

Medical Device and Implants Information Storage: Store information, such as the brand, model, and deactivation instructions for medical devices and implants-often required before emergency treatment can proceed.

Emblem and Related Services: A stainless steel MedicAlert® Emblem, engraved with Member's personal ID number, key medical facts, and response center phone number.

Family notification: MedicAlert notifies the member's family in the event the member is unaccompanied in an emergency.

Medication dosage Service: MedicAlert stores member's medication and dosages, which emergency nurses and physicians often need.

Member Privacy: Member's privacy is always protected -- MedicAlert never shares or sells Member information.
