Our experts
Al Heinemann, certified personal trainer, and Norma Terrazas, registered
and licensed dietician, will answer questions from Lose-A-Thon
participants on the Lose-A-Thon Community Yahoo! Group. Participants
will have the chance to ask all kinds of questions about exercise and
diet. We will compile questions and twice a month up to three questions
will be answered by our experts. First questions answered by Al and
Norma are:

Once a month
Al and Norma will write inspiring articles about how to lose weight,
reach goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Articles will be posted to
the Lose-A-Thon Community Yahoo! Group for participants to read and

Yahoo! Group
PWSA (USA)
is known for its ability to bring people together in supportive
environments through its Yahoo! online support groups. PWSA (USA) has
created a Yahoo! online group for registered Lose-A-Thon participants,
too, to provide a forum for participants to encourage each other in
weight loss efforts. Members of the online support group will also
receive practical monthly articles and answers to questions from our
fitness and dietician experts (Ask the Experts). This group will be
monitored by and will receive from PWSA (USA) important communications
and other information.
Personal Web Page
Participants
will have their own personal Lose-A-Thon web page where people can make
donations. Personalize it by sharing reasons for joining the Lose-A-Thon
and posting weight loss progress. Include pictures. When people visit
your web page they can learn about your progress and goals!
