A Prader-Willi Syndrome Fundraiser

This is a
fun-filled event about health. The event is sponsored and organized by Welcome
Home Care with additional sponsor support from
Montowese Health and
Rehabilitation Center, Inc. and JROOS. Activities
will include lessons and information all about health and early intervention,
kid’s carnival games, raffles, and prize give-aways. Different types of food
will be available and used as opportunities to teach about nutrition. It’s an
event for all ages, so bring the whole family. Proceeds will benefit PWSA (USA).
General admission ticket prices:
Free for immediate family members to and individuals with PWS (please
contact Pamela Claudio prior to event to be put on list for free admission)- $5
for adults
