Rent $600 a month plus ½ of utilities. This large family home has only one other Prader-Willi resident, Dana Cohen, (male age 30). Location is Waldorf, Maryland.
Requirements Are:
1. Must have financial means for $600 rent and ½ utilities.
2. NO SMOKING
3. Must keep bedroom and bathroom clean and picked up.
4. Must keep belongings picked up in rest of house.
5. Private bedroom and private bath
6. Alarm System in place
7. Staff by ARC of Maryland. Applicant must be acceptable to this organization.
8. Must be willing to participate in a regular exercise program with staff.
